Helpful Application Submission Instructions


W & M Properties thanks you for your interest in our serving your rental/leasing needs. We have two convenient options for submitting an application:
  • Online – Clients are welcomed to complete an on-line application. After completion you will be prompted to pay $20.00 application fee (per applicant) via credit card payment. Please provide the required information below to the leasing office.Lease to Own Important Information
  • Printable – Clients may print and complete the application. Please provide the required information below to the leasing office.
Required Information:
  • Valid State Identification for each applicant (all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit an application & $20.00 fee).
  • Verification of income two/four most current pay stubs for each applicant (equivalent to one month of pay).
  • Rental verification – Copies of money order’s, canceled checks and/or account ledger provided by property management company (twelve months).
  • Note: additional information may be required.
  • Underwriting decisions will not be rendered until all requested information is provided

W & M Properties Leasing Qualifications
  • Length at current residence
  • Length of employment
  • No evictions three years or less
  • Income equivalent three times (3X) the rent gross
  • Background check & credit check will be processed
