                                                                  Provide The Following Supporting Documentation

• Valid State Identification for each applicant (all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit an application & $25.00 fee).
  
• Verification of income two/four most current pay stubs for each applicant (equivalent to one month of pay).
• Rental verification – Copies of money order’s, canceled checks and/or account ledger provided by property management company (twelve months).
• Note: additional information may be required.
  
• Underwriting decisions will not be rendered until all requested information is provided
